Beef at 47 Cargo and Truck Recovery
On February 26, 2021, a transport trucker lost a snow chain on the I-90, westbound at exit 47. When the snow chain snapped, it damaged his tire, which led to damage to his fully-loaded semi-trailer. The damage was mainly to the structural frame of the trailer and fuel line, resulting in fuel to steam on the road and adjacent snowpack.
Tipper in the Ditch: Semi-Truck Recovery
In this incident, on May 28th, 2021, We received an emergency dispatch about a collision involving a fully loaded semi-truck that had gone off the roadway and into the ditch. We received pictures of the incident, so based on those, we put together our equipment.Â
Overturned Semi-Truck And Trailer on 15th
In this emergency dispatch, on February 26, 2021, In this incident, a Rental Truck still attached to its trailer overturned on the highway and needed a recovery and crane lift rescue. Our Team Pro-Tow responded quickly with our crane lift equipment and flatbed trailer and set out for the scene.
Burnt-Out Trailer Recovery On The I-5
On December 10, 2020, Team Pro-Tow responded to a Washington State Patrol’s (WSP) call for accident recovery on the I-5. A tractor and trailer had caught fire and was extensively damaged. In addition, all the tires were also severely damaged, which makes for a challenging recovery.
Chip And Roll Equipment Recovery
In this emergency dispatch, on May 29th, 2020, we were called in to help with an overturned heavy-duty truck and trailer. The trailer was carrying a wood chipper. The combination was also leaking fluids, so Team ProEnviro also came to help with this equipment recovery. Our team contacted the deputy at the scene and got limited photos of the casualty. We sent a heavy-duty rotating crane-style wrecker, motor vehicle spill response vehicle, flatbed recovery tow truck and an emergency response Hazwoper.Â
Emergency Towing: Taurus Fishing in the Bush
In this incident, on July 31st, 2020, we received an emergency dispatch about a vehicle trapped in an embankment. We got pictures of the accident and were able to see the car had left the county roadway and embedded in a stream on private property. We headed to the scene with a medium-duty wrecker and a recovery operator to survey the scene and create a recovery plan.
Truck Recovery from a Snowy Ditch
In this incident, on February 15th, 2020, we responded to a call about a tractor and trailer trapped in the snow. The fuel had also become gelled, which meant the tractor couldn’t move on its own. On top of that, the driver was without any cell service, so a quick heavy truck towing recovery was needed.
Accident Recovery: 167 Wine Bottles on the Road
In this incident, on February 2nd, 2021, we received a special request for an overturned semi-truck and trailer carrying 167 wine bottles. The overturn had happened on the ramp from 212th to NB167, which was a heavily trafficked area. We responded on route with a heavy-duty rotating crane-style wrecker, heavy-duty recovery wrecker, equipment support vehicle, and necessary additional labor.
