Why We Bill For An Administration Fee

The Administrative Fee includes all or part of the following?

1. Providing for the detailed digital photographic narrative of the recovery.
2. Downloading and presenting photographs to the owner and assigned agents.
3. Preparing and providing a detailed narrative from information gathered from the command post and recovery personnel on scene.
4. Itemization of all equipment used throughout recovery.
5. Preparing all information gathered to the owner and assigned agent(s).
6. Interactions with the operator of the vehicle involved and owner at our business location during business hours, including escorting owner and assigned agent(s) to view the vehicle and retrieve personal belongings.
7. Interaction with the owner’s assigned insurance appraiser and escorting them while viewing and appraising the vehicle(s) and cargo at our business location during business hours.
8. Interaction via telephone with the owner’s insurance company assigned agent(s).
9. Communicating via fax, email, and in-person recovery invoices, narratives, and photographs to the owner and assigned agent(s).
10. Administrative assistance in removing the vehicle(s) and cargo on the redemption date.
